Your loading bar is instantly going to frame 2 becuase the flash is completely loaded, and the code tells it to.

when you are exporting your flash movie directly in flash, it's loading it at the same time.

to see your loading bar work, make the 2nd frame extremely large, export and upload to some site.

it will show it loading on a computer that hasn't loaded it yet, and if you upload it somewhere and the file is reasonably large so I can see it loading. :D

should work.

The file isn't big enough, it would load in miliseconds, to see your loading bar working it would need to be 5 MB or something. try adding sound to the second frame onward. :D
